Maldivian Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Mohamed Hussain Shareef (Mundhu) has presented his credentials to Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena.
Mohamed Hussain Shareef presented his credentials to President Sirisena in a small function held at 10:30 am this Monday morning.
Mohamed Hussein Shareef was serving as the Ambassador to Japan prior to the nomination as Ambassador to Sri Lanka by the President. He had also served as the Minister of Youth and Sports and as the minister of the President’s Office in the current government. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Foreign Diplomacy.
